2. Measure the width of your Stationary glass

(11) panel.

NOTE: You will be doing straight cuts for

this return stationary panel installation.

*It may be necessary to remove any

burrs from the cut end of the U-channels

with a metal file before placing the U-

channel on the glass.

Use a miter saw to rough cut the U-

channel 2 (40”, bottom profile) (29) to

actual width of the glass (+) 1”.
